The Deepwater site includes significant laydown and docking facilities to support deepwater construction operations. This site has a water depth of 150 to 180 metres.

The Bull Arm site has the facilities and flexibility to accommodate offshore oil development, mining and other heavy industrial projects. Its ice-free port, marine facilities and adjacent deep water allow for near-shore mating and hook-up. Major fabrication, industrial or manufacturing projects can be performed from start to finish at this one location with access to the world-wide marine transportation network.
