All contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers, interested in supplying works, goods and services to the Lower Churchill Project must complete and return a
Vendor/Contractor Registration Questionnaire which will be reviewed in order to determine whether the contractor, sub-contractor or supplier have the capacity to support the requirements of the Project. Questionnaires must be signed and can be sent via fax, mail or email:
